Faceter this type of tourmaline have small cover on the upper side, we try to look caerfully into the light and find that you can cut some nice stones eye clean or maybe some stones maybe got some inner inclusion inside, but i am confident that this is real blue color and very very expenisve, so this rough is little risky but cheaper and maybe you will get big chance in it during cutting, have not only good size but also very good color and then pnly problem is upper side natural cover, when you pass the light inside then you can see that you will be able to cut some nice stones, this is nice rough not only good price but also not bad quality.
